Oh my!

We've discussed before that I needed to update the 'hooker highlights' in my hair. Go here if you need a laugh.

Friday was finally the day.

Here are a few reminders of what my hair looked like before.

This was the first time Hilary highlighted my hair. Actually, the first time she highlighted anyones hair!
Here's my hair in Phoenix...the hooker highlights are here!
And here's how I always wear my hair the week leading up to getting it done. I let the natural wave take over.McKinley asked me how I got all the great waves. My answer? "I give up."

I had decided last time I had my hair done that the next time I would go back to my original hair color...if we could decide what it was! Luckily I've never done an all-over color so my real color was easy to match.

And in case you haven't had a deep, hearty belly laugh today...here's what it looked like while I was simmering.

Even I laughed when I saw it!

And now, the finished 'do'.I don't really know who that girl in the mirror is still, three days later. She is mysterious looking though!

You DO write some very amusing post Stephanie.
If ever I need to smile I just pop over here and you never disappoint.

LOVE the new hair colour and style. I once had my hair curled tightly and after a week had to have it straightened because that girl in the mirror just wasn't me.

Hugs
Peggy

I like it! I saw it person Saturday night, and it's even better in real life.

I wish I could get my hair to have some wave (that looked good!) with just 'giving up'. I color my hair, but have always had it the same as my natural color - afraid anything else might not look 'natural'! Your natural hair color is quite striking (very similar to my own), but like you, I'll have to get used to it - I liked the highlights! Gotta change it up every once in awhile - maybe you can go around town unrecognized for a day or two! :-)

So do your freinds recognize you yet? I still can't believe that it is naturally that dark! I really do need to pull out some old pictures and see if it was that dark! REady for the Dorthy Hamil 'Do'?
